Homegrown Heritage Collection

What does heritage mean to you? Culture? Ancestry? Legacy? Our Heritage Collection wants to reinforce all of these themes. We want to remind our customers how US cultivars have shaped 420 culture not just in America, but across the globe. We want our customers to understand the ancestry of the great American strains, encouraging them to explore the lineage of favorites like Sunset Sherbet, Trainwreck and Zkittlez. And what of legacy? Well, our breeders are constantly creating new hybrids, marrying heritage strains like Blueberry and OG Kush. Bringing cultivars together to build new pedigrees and novel genetic lines.

Much of the success of US strains can be traced to the fantastic growing conditions of Northern California. Humboldt County, Trinity County and Mendocino form the Golden Triangle, the largest cannabis growing region in the entire US. The climate, the soil, and, traditionally, the vast seclusion of the area made it ideal. People have been growing weed there since the 60s, probably earlier - so they’ve had plenty of practice!

Our fast versions of traditional US cultivars like Amnesia and Northern Lights are miracles of modern breeding techniques, invaluable to patients needing quick, regular stock of their favorite medicine. They’re going to play a major role in the future of cannabis cultivation, and we are proud to be leading the way. Our breeders don’t sleep. They are currently developing high-CBG strains that will bring an entire new class of medicine to our customers, complementing our stunning range of high CBD classics. Where else can you find strains with a 30:1 CBD:THC ratio sat on the same shelf as the mind-blowing, Alien Gorilla Glue? 

Yes, we are cutting-edge. Yes, we are avant-garde. But we owe everything to the amazing 420 heritage of the United States of America. And we will never forget.
