Who is behind Homegrown Cannabis Co.?

Welcome to the world of Homegrown Cannabis Co. As you may know, some time ago we announced that Homegrown Cannabis Co had acquired and rebranded GYO Seedbank. While we're no longer selling third party brands we are proud to inform you that Homegrown is the home of the largest direct breeder to consumer strain catalog in the world. All of our strains are produced in-house.

How can I order seeds?

There are so many ways to find the perfect cultivars for you. You can choose between our main Categories (Feminized, Autoflowering, CBD or Regular); explore the Rooms to find the variants that suit your demands; try our Mix packs to get three different cultivars at once and discover new strains or browse our catalog using our interactive filter.

Once you have selected a product, select the number of seeds you would like to order and select “Add to cart”. When you're done, go to the “Cart” on the right side and select “Proceed to Checkout”. Enter all the required information to place your order and you will receive an email with further details to complete your order.

Is it safe to order?

We only offer high-quality, fast-germinating seeds with impeccable and stabilized genetics covered by our germination guarantee. Our discreet and high-quality packaging design guarantees delivery in the same, first-class condition your goods were when they left our warehouse, so customs cannot find the seeds. Your bank will never find any marijuana-related payments on it.

Why is my email not receiving mail?

When you successfully place an order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the details of your order. Once you choose your payment method you will receive an additional email including further information to proceed to the payment. If you did not receive those emails, check your spam inbox as it is possible that you have received those emails there. In case, you did not get any of those emails, quote your order number and contact us via support ticket.

We strongly advise that you use an email address that you check regularly. We send various emails out as part of the order and sales fulfillment processes to keep you informed and it may lead to issues if you are unable to access them. Using anything other than your real name can lead to issues if you miss your delivery and need to collect your order from the Post Office as you will likely be asked to provide identification in order to take receipt of your order.

You can be sure that we value your privacy and that your information will never be shared with third parties. If you do decide to use a fake or temporary account and fail to receive the information then we cannot be held responsible for issues that would otherwise have been avoided. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

  • If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a 'CANCEL ORDER' button showing at the bottom of the order summary.

  • Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.

  • To continue canceling your order select 'CANCEL ORDER' again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select 'No, return to order'. Once an order is canceled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Please remember, this option is only available for the first hour of your order being created, after this 1-hour, we cannot cancel orders. If the 'CANCEL ORDER' button is not showing at the bottom of the order summary, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled. If you have already received your goods then you may return them in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you created an order but did not choose a payment method, your order will be automatically canceled within 10 days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive an email 24h before the cancellation day so you can finally decide to continue with your order or not.

What Payment Methods do you offer?

We are offering you a bunch of alternative payment methods depending on the state where you are placing your order. You can pick the option that suits you best:

  • Pay by Card: Discover cards are not accepted.

  • Pay by ACH/eCheck: It is even simpler than using card. You'll just need your routing number and account number to hand to complete payment in the checkout or over the phone.

  • Pay by Mail: You send us cash, a check or a money order in an envelope. When we receive payment we ship your order. This is the most private and anonymous way to order.

  • Pay by Telephone: If you prefer to complete payment for your order over the phone then we can help. We can offer echeck and other methods as instant payments when you call us.

Where do we ship?

We ship daily to the USA, however, we advise you to check your local laws before placing an order with us as every state has a different stance on cannabis seeds and the laws are evolving all the time. By ordering from us you accept our Terms and Conditions of sale and confirm that sending cannabis seeds to your location is safe and that you take sole responsibility for the importation of the goods in the event that any laws are contravened during or after the importation.

We strongly advise you as the importer to make inquiries about the regulations regarding cannabis seeds in your country as we will not be held responsible for any legal issues that may arise if we send cannabis seeds to you. We cannot guarantee that your local customs will not confiscate goods ordered by you. In this event, we are unable to refund payments or resend confiscated products unless the order was covered by a guaranteed shipping method or insurance. Please, note that we cannot and will not be held responsible for persons choosing to act in conflict with their local laws and we absolutely do not encourage any individual to do so.

Is Shipping Free?

We ship from the USA. We offer tracked shipping from $10.99 and FREE Shipping for orders over $50 . Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking ID by email. Your seeds will arrive in between 4-9 days. However, it can take longer in some cases.

Do we Deliver Discreetly?

We do not disclose details of our packaging online but please rest assured that your order will not make any reference to the nature of the goods and will arrive in highly discreet packaging. Stealth is applied to all of our orders and we do not charge additional fees for what we feel should be standard in this industry.

Any issues with your order? 

  • If your order does not arrive, we will reship your seeds FOR FREE!
    Please, contact us if your order does not arrive within 25 business days and we will reship them.
    If you do not contact us within 90 days after the shipping timeframe, we will mark your order as received.

  • If you have entered an incorrect address, we cannot reship for free.
    However, we all make mistakes so we’ll cheer you up with a discount code for your next order.
    The address you provided will be printed out as you entered it.

  • If your seeds crushed during shipment, take a picture of the seeds in their original bag and send it to our support team.
    We will evaluate your case and if they really got crushed, we will offer a reshipment.

What is our Returns Policy?

  • If your seeds didn’t germinate... We do our best to offer you the most high-quality seeds, but as a natural part of the process, it is possible that you find at least one seed to be unviable. Please, make sure to follow our germination guide before you contact our support team to discuss a possible replacement. In that case, you will be asked to return the non-germinated seeds.

  • If something is wrong with your plant... We can’t reship seeds for those cases as there are a lot of factors involved. You can find a bunch of articles related to germination at Grow Your Own blog with some tips from our master grower collaborator Kyle Kushman.

  • If you received your order and after that, you changed of mind... We are sorry to tell you that there is no chance to return the order. Please, make sure you are placing your order correctly.

Eucalyptus Club will continue in the Homegrown Cannabis Co site under the name Homegrown Stash with some new and exciting features. If you had Eucalyptus points, your points balance will remain the same for Homegrown Stash.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $150, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $170. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $1550 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
