Reviewing Blue Cookies with Parker Curtis | Homegrown Cannabis Co.

[00:07] So today we're gonna be reviewing blue cookies. I've loved growing and smoking many varieties of cookies — this particular cultivar is exceptional. It's plain to see why different versions of cookies have been popular amongst consumers and growers.
 

[00:38] Girl Scout Cookies is a cross between Durban Poison and OG Kush. It makes for a very well-balanced hybrid, but this particular cultivar is Girl Scout Cookies crossed with Blueberry. These plants are forgiving, easy to work with, and they stay relatively short and flower in about 8 to 10 weeks if you have an indoor grow or tent — this is a great choice.
 

[00:59] Usually comes in around 18 to 20% THC with a small amount of CBD. I really love the high from all Girl Scout Cookies, but this blue cookies has that extra layer of fruity notes on top of that familiar cookies taste. This cross also tends to have beautiful purple hues come through especially in cooler temperatures.
 

[01:14] All right, so let's fire this baby up. Oh man, I've smoked a lot of different Girl Scout Cookie cuts, but this blue cookies here got that like super purple — it's got those like blueberry notes. One of our good friends just pulled this down from his greenhouse. It's my buddy Terrace, and you smoke this before too. Tell me — I like this one, it's nice.
 

[01:58] This is passing right here, this is passing right here. He gets a great — this is a really great flower to smoke. I can taste those delicious notes of fresh baked cookies with a very bright blueberry flavor. It's a great twist on a classic cross.
 

[02:10] I find the high from it to be heavy enough to relax me without being overwhelming, and that little bit of CBD helps with things like pain and anxiety. Whether you're growing this indoor or out, this cultivar is very robust and resilient to stress and molds.
