Now, in today's episode, we're going to be going over the cheapest, easiest, and fastest ways to grow weed at home. So be sure to load up a nice fat bowl
 

[0:51] of that sticky icky or grab a snake of a dab, and let's get lifted as we elevate into some cannabis content. Let's begin. In this first segment, we're going to discuss the cheapest and easiest setups for home growers in an apartment, townhome, rental house, or a home you own. To start off, if you haven't heard the podcast episodes where I go over
 

[1:11] various items you growers want to make sure that you have ready for your grow, you should go listen to those first, as you'll want to collect at least your basic fundamental supplies, and then once you've picked the area you want to grow in, you can then get started. In this segment, I'm simply going to go over the various ways that you growers can have a cheap or
 

[1:31] DIY solution to grow spaces within your home that are discreet, that work well, and that aren't a pain in the a*s to work with. The absolute most convenient way to grow cannabis at home is to have a designated grow room where you can either set up tents, utilize the entire room and split it up with panda plastic, or having just one massive room you flip from
 

[1:54] veg to flower on a cycle. These are the most money-saving options and the easiest options to stay discreet, to have a space easy to work in, and have success with your grow, as you do want about a room worth of space to work with your plants. The smaller the space you're working in, it can become a serious pain in the
 

[2:12] a*s and you'll be playing Twister with your plants trying to prune them, trust me. So if you don't have a whole room to designate your grow to, then utilizing a closet, small corner, garage, or basement is what's recommended next. These options generally have more headaches that come with them, like figuring out airflow, humidity situations, and height issues.
 

[2:34] So once you've picked one of these spaces, now it's a matter of figuring out how to make your space a cheap but easy and efficient grow space. The best thing to do is really buy a grow tent to form an environment within the tent to keep pests out, dirt out, and really have the max amount of light penetration or reflection.
 

[2:53] Tents aren't the cheapest option, but you can find cheaper tents for sure. Just remember, the cheaper the material, generally the more light leaks are in the fabric. So if you don't want to go the tent route, the next option is to build your space out of panda plastic and cardboard. This is a cheap and really affordable way to create a light reflective space
 

[3:11] and split up a room if you need to. Now, the last options are probably the cheapest options, using wardrobe cardboard boxes or just nothing to grow. Like literally having your plants in a closet with a light and a humidifier. That's about the cheapest you can get with some fans. However, will you have success? Generally, no. It's a lot harder to grow cannabis in an environment
 

[3:33] that isn't stable and that doesn't have a consistent airflow. You can do it. However, it's not the easiest. So it's always suggested to grow in a closed space, even if you DIY build a closed environment with some cardboard and panda plastic while using intake and outtake fans to bring in your fresh air and exhaust the old air. This helps heat issues when implementing quality lights or help
 

[3:54] remove excess humidity. So really using the spaces you have available where you live will be best. Closets kind of have a step up as most of them have shelving that you can hang lights and fans from. This helps save money on tents and other types of hangers for lights and such. But to keep your grow really cheap, growing with unsulfured blackstrap
 

[4:14] molasses and water will be the absolute cheapest way to feed your cannabis plants. However, using an inexpensive full line like Homegrown Cannabis Co.'s organic nutrient line will help give your plants a lot more access to various nutrients and profiles, which will help fully form complete terpene profiles, amongst many other benefits. So when growing cannabis, you can definitely spend like
 

[4:37] $100 or less to get into it and get plants growing. But to actually grow quality medication, you'll generally be spending an upwards of $300 to $400 with lights, nutrients, and genetics being the most expensive purchases. If you're using a tent and growing photo periods, then a good grow tent will be another expensive purchase you'll want to not go cheap on.
 

[4:57] Buy once and cry once. But for the sake of this podcast, we are talking the cheapest and easiest spaces to grow in. So the ones you already have while using panda plastic to make the space more light reflective, well, that's the cheapest option. That really is the most simplistic and basic way to set up any space the absolutely most inexpensive way.
 

[5:18] Now, when it comes to all other supplies, to be 100%, I really don't suggest growers going cheap on fans, filters, or humidifiers. I mean, the humidifier, I guess you could get like a $20 one and be good for a year, but just know with cheap components comes replacements yearly. This is where buying cheap really costs more in the long run. So spending some money on some components like good intake
 

[5:42] and outtake fans is what I recommend at the very least Even if you don't buy a tent, go cheap with everything including nutrients, and maybe you get free seeds or something, I still highly recommend not going cheap on the lights and the fans. PAR and air exchange are so key and vital for so many plant processes. They're vital for PM and mold prevention and
 

[6:04] allowing Calvin bonding to happen a lot more rapidly, which helps CO2 intake, which helps cellular wall development and density of your cannabis, amongst countless other plant processes. So when it comes to the cheapest and easiest ways to grow weed, truly, there isn't an easy way to grow cannabis as cannabis is a labor of love that takes a lot of time,
 

[6:26] patience, and work to create high-quality medication for yourself. Now, panda plastic is the cheapest way to make a grow space, though, and looking for supplies from other growers, upgrading or finding lights during holiday times of the years to save money, and shopping at places that give first-time buyer discounts can also really help you save money on your
 

[6:49] items. Generally, most growers buying a setup will search Facebook Groups, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and various other places to find used components. My best suggestion is getting into some grow groups with some quality people that you can trust that are upgrading their gear so you know you're not getting crap equipment. Now in the next segment, we'll talk about the fastest ways you can grow

In this segment, we're going to be talking about the fastest ways to grow cannabis at home from start to finish. Now, this segment isn't going to be long or really groundbreaking, as after you listen you'll probably be like, "Well damn, Chronic, I knew that
 

[8:41] already." Which if you don't know, no worries. I just don't want those listening who end up knowing this knowledge already to get upset I didn't have some groundbreaking secret for them. So the first thing all of you need to do is find and locate a quality breeder who sells top-notch cannabis seeds. This is why I highly recommend all of you to check out
 

[9:03] www.homegrowncannabisco.com because to grow quality cannabis at a faster rate, you need quality genetics that have some seriously vigorous growth. Along with that, specific types of genetics can really help you growers grow cannabis start to finish extremely fast. Now before we break into the types of genetics to potentially buy, let's talk about a grow style to utilize to
 

[9:26] grow cannabis the absolute fastest way from start to finish, really regardless of the seed type, but photoperiod plants do however perform better in this method. The fastest method for growing cannabis from start to finish is using a sea of green or SOG for a lot of small plants and running your lights 12-12 from start to finish using a photoperiod-type strain.
 

[9:52] This does work for autoflowers, however, but photoperiods do better with this training. This way the plants will start flowering as soon as possible. Now the only other ways to get cannabis to grow from seed to harvest as fast or even faster would be picking a very vigorous vegging strain that absolutely takes off from the start. Like Bruce Banner or a very fast-growing haze strain.
 

[10:18] That way you can flip your plant to 12-12 within 30 to 60 days of vegging your plant. Now the only way to actually full-on speed up the process even faster than that is to purchase either a fast version or fast flowering photoperiod or an autoflower. Fast version plants or fast flowering photoperiods will have a lot more rapid
 

[10:41] flower times, flowering within six to eight weeks generally and sometimes even faster than six weeks. Now autoflowers will be the absolute fastest plants to grow as you don't need a light cycle swap, and if you're seeking seed to harvest time increases, you can keep autoflowers in a small size pot to keep them root lock which will make them flower much
 

[11:02] faster. This means your full grow time of autoflowers can be anywhere from 55 to 60 days or less to harvest in total, which is absolutely insane. Growing autoflowers under 24 hours of light in smaller size grow pots and never stressing them will be the absolute fastest option outside of running a fast version photoperiod from 12-12 from seed to harvest. Other than that, there
 

[11:29] really isn't any way to speed up your harvest times. Genetics, your environmental factors, the training techniques used, the nutrients fed, mediums chose, light or PAR available, amongst many other factors, will all have a hand in when your plants are ready, along with the most important part being the maturity of the trichomes. Some plants take a lot longer to fully ripen or mature their trichomes
 

[11:52] than other strains, and that's where finding specific genetics will be key to having faster results with seed-to-harvest times. Autoflowers or fast version photoperiods are my best suggestion for any grower seeking to increase the amount of yields they have per year. Other than that, there really isn't any other cheap, easy, or fast way to grow cannabis. Cannabis takes time to grow. It requires patience, and it requires a lot
 

[12:18] of work. There is nothing easy about growing or cultivating cannabis. It's easy to grow mids or bunk s**t you wouldn't want to smoke, but it's a lot more difficult to grow proper medication. So for those listening, seeking a cheap way to grow that dispensary-grade bud, there just isn't. You have to invest into your growth somewhat, but there are cheap options like panda plastic,
 

[12:41] buying lights or components during deal times of the year, or using growers' old equipment that they upgraded from.
